Step 1: Open up the Outlook Express. If this is your first time running it, the account setup wizard will automatically start. If this is the case with your machine, then you can skip to step 3.
Step 2: Open up the accounts area by going to Tools >> Accounts >> Mail. There you will see a box with a list of all the mail accounts currently set up in your identity. If there are any old ones in there that you no longer use you can highlight them and hit 'Remove' to delete them. Then hit Add >> Mail to start the account setup wizard.
Step 3: In the first box there you will put your name as you want it to be reported to people you send email too (ie - John Smith). Then hit 'Next'
Step 4: In this next box you set your return email up. It is very important here that you enter your JISP mail address or your mail will not be allowed to go through the mail server (ie - john@jisp.net). Hit 'Next'
Step 5: Now you set in the mail server. The mail server is a 'POP3'. Then for both the incoming and outgoing servers type 'mail.jisp.net'. Hit 'Next'
Step 6: Now set in your user name and password for this email account as you have set up with us. Hit 'Next'.
Step 7: OK, that is it. Now just hit 'Finish'.
